A new Operations Director has been appointed at Orbis – the UK’s leader in empty property protection and integrated property services to both public and private sector.

Julie Jackson becomes responsible for the company’s operations across the UK and Ireland.

Orbis employs more than 420 people in the UK, and each year the company clears, cleans and secures over 35,000 properties for more than 1,000 clients.

Julie, who joined Orbis as a general manager for regeneration in the summer, said: "Our regional operations across the country are at the core of the growing success story of Orbis.

“Our aim is not only to do a great job operationally, but also to provide great customer service day in and day out.

“Local authorities, housing associations and Blue Chip corporations are increasingly turning to Orbis because they know they can rely on us to provide a seamless, one-stop service whenever and wherever they need it.”

Before joining Orbis, Julie had gained 18 years operational experience in both the public and private sector.

Previous roles have included operations director for facilities and project management services for the banking industry, and senior FM positions in the utility, retail and health sectors.
