Reducing the visual impact of your security installations

• Where feasible we will replace the use of steel window screens with low-profile high-strength polymer screens. Unique to Orbis, polymer screens are transparent, resistant to attack and can be fitted without damaging window frames.
• We can also employ low visual impact combinations of radio or GSM alarms with properly hung net curtains to mimic occupancy.
• Locally based mobile patrol units are capable of responding and attending to any alarm activation in a matter of minutes.

Transferring any financial risk from you to Orbis

Our own void property insurance policy is a market first that reduces the need to over secure properties to protect yourself from the costs of criminal damage.

Regulated by the Financial Services Authority, the insurance provides limited cover for damage to the building, replacement costs of fixtures and fittings, lost rental income and cover for adjacent properties.
